We are sad to announce the tragic news that Hugh was killed in an accident in December 2020. Hugh's Order of Service can be found here. Hugh Harper, OC (WiH 1994-1986), Sixth Form Scholar & Praepostor; Worcester College, Oxford; BA (Hons) Chemistry, Choral Scholar; Adviser to Rt Hon. John Patten (1988–1992); Vice President, Citibank, NA (1990–1998); Partner, Financial Services, McKinsey & Co. Inc, (1999–2012), Freeman of City of London; Trustee, Royal Institution of Great Britain, (2011–); Partner and Managing Director of Towerbrook Capital Partners (2012-2014); Ernst and Young, Strategy and Operations Leader, Europe Middle East (2014-); Farmer. Married to Hilary (nee Christian) with two children (Harry and Lottie). Trustee of the Clifton College Development Trust from 2011. Appointed Governor in 2009. Co-opted to Council 2011. |
