Grafton Morrish Golf Tournament - Qualifying round May 2021

The Grafton Morrish Qualifying round was held on 15th May 2021 at Denham Golf Glub where 14 schools took part and 6 qualified. The format was 18 holes scratch foursomes stableford and as a team we got 86 points with 80 being the qualifying mark on what was a fairly grim day with consistent bursts of heavy rain. Andy Rudge and Chris Carney got 29 points, Chris Baker and Chris Spiller got 28 points and David Rowe and Chris Dale got 29 points. We have been informed by Robert Dyson that we last won the qualifying in 1996. The main event will be held Friday to Sunday 1st-3rd October at Hunstanton and Royal West Norfolk golf clubs and obviously any support would be very welcome. |
