OC Lucy Powell (WT 2005) has been awarded a King's Commendation for Valuable Service (KCVS) in the recent honors list. A small group of exceptional British Army soldiers and officers are being recognised by His Majesty The King in the latest Operational Honours and Awards List. Lucy writes: I have been truly humbled today for this recognition and honoured to have worked with colleagues and friends from 104 Theatre Sustainment Bde and 1 Regt RLC to support our Ukraine friends ��������. As I look forward to the next exciting chapter in my career outside the Army, I hope to continue to support refugees separated from their loved ones. I have experienced comradery, challenges and achievements over the past 12 years that have made me who I am today. It has been amazing and fulfilling, bring on the next challenge! |
